4 Corner Resources is seeking a motivated

Corporate Recruiter

to partner with hiring managers in forecasting staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and attracting top talent for our client. This role requires someone who excels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while delivering executive-level reporting and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and manage qualified candidates across multiple departments.

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, timelines, and forecasting needs.

Manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Create and deliver executive-level presentations highlighting recruiting trends, pipeline progress, and market insights.

Conduct behavioral-based interviews and evaluate candidates for skill and culture alignment.

Prepare, negotiate, and extend employment offers in collaboration with hiring leaders.

Oversee onboarding processes to ensure timely and seamless new hire transitions.

Maintain accurate and compliant records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications

3+ years of recruiting experience (agency or healthcare experience preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
