The Role We are seeking an
In-House Leasing Manager
to oversee leasing and marketing across our managed portfolio. This is an
entry to mid-level, in-office role
covering all asset types, with meaningful responsibility and upside tied directly to performance.
You will be responsible for both
outreach and execution , working directly with ownership to lease space efficiently and build long-term broker and tenant relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively outreach to brokers and prospective tenants via email, phone, and social platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms and tenant reps
Represent ownership directly in leasing conversations
Execution & Deal Management
Create and manage property listings across all major platforms
Conduct property tours with tenants and brokers
Manage follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and deal progression
Coordinate deals from initial interest through LOI and lease execution (working with ownership and attorneys)
Maintain accurate records and pipeline reporting in the CRM
Ideal Candidate
Strong communicator, comfortable on the phone and in person
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Relationship-builder with a “hunter” mindset
Comfortable representing ownership directly
Experience in leasing, brokerage, or marketing is
preferred but not required
Compensation & Growth
High base salary
Performance-based bonus paid per lease
