What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist customers inside and outside the center with U-Haul products and services
Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventoryMove and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers
Clean and inspect equipment, checking fluid levels as necessary
Answer customer inquiries and prepare rental invoices
What is Required (Qualifications)
Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in customer service or related fields
Familiarity with rental operations or equipment handling
Basic mechanical skills or knowledge of vehicle maintenance
Certification in forklift operation (offered through employer upon employment)
