Senior Associate, Transaction Advisory Services

Senior Associates play a key execution role on transaction engagements, working closely with Managers and Directors. This position provides hands‑on exposure to private equity clients, management teams, and deal‑critical financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Execute buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence engagements, including Quality of Earnings, working capital, and net debt analyses

Support Office of the CFO initiatives for private equity‑backed portfolio companies

Analyze historical financial statements and underlying operational drivers

Participate in management interviews, diligence calls, and data request processes

Prepare financial analyses and draft sections of client deliverables

Identify deal risks, normalization adjustments, and key transaction considerations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Active CPA license required

3–4 years of experience in public accounting and/or transaction advisory

Strong foundation in financial statement analysis and technical accounting

Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets

Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced deal environment
