The
Management and Strategy Consultant
provides strategic advisory services to internal stakeholders or external clients to improve business performance, optimize operations, and support long-term growth initiatives. This role analyzes organizational challenges, develops data-driven recommendations, and partners with leadership to implement strategic solutions. The consultant operates in a fully remote environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive business assessments and strategic analyses
Develop and present data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders
Lead strategic initiatives including market expansion, operational optimization, and organizational transformation
Perform financial modeling, competitive analysis, and risk assessments
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and strategic planning sessions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved strategies
Develop performance metrics and monitor post-implementation results
Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and board-ready materials
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue growth, and process improvements
Support change management and communication strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
5–8 years of experience
in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business advisory roles
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Experience working directly with senior leadership or C-level executives
Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple client engagements or strategic projects simultaneously
Experience working effectively in a remote and collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or advanced degree
Experience with top-tier consulting firms or corporate strategy departments
Knowledge of change management frameworks
Industry specialization (e.g., healthcare, technology, financial services, manufacturing)
Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
Compensation
Annual Salary Range:
$120,000 – $170,000 USD , based on experience, consulting background, and project scope
Performance-Based Bonus:
