A growing renewable energy company is seeking an experienced
Construction On-Site Superintendent
to oversee solar construction projects in Northern Richmond, VA area.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety compliance, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all on-site construction activities
Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, and quality control
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications
Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and project documentation
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients
Monitor budgets, labor, and material costs
Mentor and supervise field crews
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and regulations
Proven experience running job sites independently
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
OSHA 30 Certification
First Aid & CPR Certification
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred:
Electrical License
$80K–$90K base (flexible for the right individual)
