Job Description
An employer is looking for a Remote Salesforce Practice Lead to lead complex Agentforce and Data Cloud engagements end-to-end. Responsibilities include:
Lead enterprise AI strategy conversations
Architect multi-cloud Salesforce solutions
Oversee delivery teams
Own executive stakeholder management
Build and scale an Agentforce/Data Cloud practice

Skills and Requirements
5+ years in Salesforce consulting or enterprise architecture
Led multiple complex Service Cloud implementations
Hands‑on experience delivering Agentforce in production
Deep experience with Data Cloud architecture and activation
Managed enterprise clients in the US market
Experience leading small to mid‑sized delivery teams
Experience in SaaS, TMT, fintech, or manufacturing
Experience integrating MuleSoft or external data platforms
Experience with Voice AI or AWS Connect
