Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Germantown, WI Contract Duration: 3+ months with potential extension Pay rate: $18.00-20.00/hr on w2 Temp to perm Job Summary: Responsibilities include: Interview customers and record interview information into computer for customer service by performing the following duties. An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; SIGHT Program and Microsoft Access.
