Customer Service Representative (Temporary, Onsite) Location: Germantown, WI 53022

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our Germantown team! This is a temp-to-perm opportunity—with the potential to join us full-time after 4 months.

What You'll Do

Provide outstanding service by taking orders via phone and email

Interview customers, record information, and resolve inquiries

Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and our in-house programs

What You'll Bring

High school diploma/GED

1-2 years of customer service experience (phone/email order taking a plus)

Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a customer‑first attitude

Reliable personal transportation (we are not on a bus route)

Requirements

Ability to communicate clearly, handle basic math, and solve routine problems

Comfort using common computer software (Word, Excel, Access)

Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
