What You’ll Do
Execute routine data entry and data validation tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Initiate essential third‑party service orders (title, appraisal, credit, flood certs, hazard, etc.). Review loan documents for completeness and accuracy. Manage routine inbound calls, emails, and chat requests. Monitor work queues and step in to resolve issues as needed. Support the team with additional tasks as assigned. Demonstrate behaviors that reflect our culture, values, and customer‑first mindset. Skills & Qualifications
Mortgage experience preferred, OR. Bachelor’s degree paired with experience in financial services. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Solid communication skills across phone, email, and chat. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a time‑sensitive environment. A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO. Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 – $23.00 per hour. Benefits may include: Medical, dental & vision.
