
Stax are partnering with a fast-scaling SaaS organization that’s investing heavily in the growth of its go-to-market teams - and they’re looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to play a key role in that journey.
As the business continues to expand across the Americas, this person will help shape how commercial talent is identified, engaged, and hired, working closely with leadership to build strong, sustainable hiring foundations.
This isn’t just about filling roles - it’s about bringing structure, pace, and clarity to the hiring process during a period of growth.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading full-cycle hiring for GTM roles, from role scoping and sourcing strategy through to offer close
Working closely with hiring managers and commercial leaders to align on profiles, calibrate quickly, and deliver strong candidate pipelines
Building targeted talent maps and proactive sourcing strategies using outreach, referrals, networking, and creative approaches
Running consistent, structured interview processes that support fair evaluation and confident decision-making
Creating a high-quality candidate journey through clear communication, timely updates, and well-organized interviews
Using recruiting data and funnel insights to monitor pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring momentum - proactively flagging risks with solutions
Partnering with cross-functional teams (People Ops, Compensation, Finance, Legal) to ensure smooth offers and onboarding
Keeping ATS workflows clean and accurate so stakeholders have clear visibility
Continuously improving hiring practices, interview design, and sourcing strategy as the company evolves
What they’re looking for:
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally focused on GTM or commercial roles (Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Marketing, etc.)
Strong sourcing capability and confidence building top-of-funnel pipelines
A trusted-advisor mindset with hiring managers, able to guide calibration and drive decisions
High operational standards - organized, structured, and process-driven
Comfort using data and hiring metrics to improve outcomes
Excellent communication skills with a human, candidate-first approach
Preferably based near Austin or Palo Alto
