This opportunity is ideal for a talented Interior Designer with 8–15 years of experience and a passion for designing impactful spaces across institutional (healthcare, educational, cultural) and multi-family residential projects. Depending on experience, the role may be tailored as a Senior Interior Designer for those ready to lead project direction, mentor junior staff, and take ownership of all design phases. This position offers the chance to contribute to a wide range of high-profile projects while shaping the built environment with purpose and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead or contribute to the full interior design process, from concept through construction, ensuring design excellence and technical precision.

Develop detailed design documentation including plans, elevations, specifications, and FF&E packages.

Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure cohesive and integrated project delivery.

Present design concepts, material selections, and layouts to clients and internal teams with clarity and confidence.

Select, specify, and manage materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with project goals, budgets, and regulatory standards.

Guide junior designers and interns, fostering mentorship and quality control.

Ensure compliance with local codes, accessibility standards, and construction documentation best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.

8 –15 years of professional interior design experience, including significant work in healthcare, educational, cultural, or institutional settings.

Strong portfolio of multi-family residential interiors is highly preferred.

Demonstrated design sensibility and attention to detail.

Proven experience managing deadlines and coordinating across disciplines in fast-paced environments.

Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
