Duration : 6 month contract - potential perm or extension Start : ASAP MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a QSR, restaurant or food service industry setting Instructional Design Expertise: Strong knowledge of instructional design models, adult learning principles, and competency-based training Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong collaboration skills with operations leadership and cross-functional teams Facilitation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging and effective training programs Technical Skills: Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe, and Camtasia Food Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the food industry and its related processes Day to Day
As an Instructional Designer, you\'ll develop engaging and effective learning solutions to support the digital and operational side, working to pilot new tech to restaurants. This role will be working closely with marketing, innovation, test kitchens, and operations teams. The main project will be transferring the home grown LMS to RBI docebo LMS too. Updating, refining, and working with the LMS tools. Take the current documentation, add copy writes and work with the LMS admin to get it posted on the new tool. 2nd project: Facilitation of materials for conference and helping with administration of budgeting, analysis, and arranging the food, transportation. Project management - can look at numbers and metrics, excel knowledge Instructional design will be as needed, storylines, PowerPoint
