Media Manager
to support cross-channel brand marketing initiatives for
$81-$83.32/hr . In this
6-month contract
role based in
Seattle, WA , you will develop and manage consumer-facing paid media campaigns that drive brand engagement and support growth opportunities across multiple initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, strategic marketer who can think big while remaining detail-oriented, juggling multiple priorities, and driving innovative, results-focused media plans. Working closely with media agencies and internal stakeholders, you will apply a data-driven approach to optimize channel mix and investment strategies based on business objectives and priority audiences. You will ensure high standards across media planning and implementation while collaborating with campaign managers, marketing teams, measurement partners, and creative and content teams. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, executive communication capabilities, and the ability to navigate a highly matrixed environment with ownership and accountability. Responsiblities:
Own end-to-end cross-channel media planning and execution for assigned campaigns Manage external media agencies and internal activation teams to translate business objectives into paid media strategies Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align paid media plans with broader marketing strategy Optimize campaigns in real time based on key performance indicators and business goals Compile and analyze reporting from multiple sources to provide actionable insights Advise leadership and stakeholders on campaign strategy, investment decisions, and performance recommendations Navigate a highly matrixed organization while representing the team with integrity and self-sufficiency Partner with cross-functional media managers to align investment strategies and audience insights Contribute insights to advertising portfolio strategy and investment modeling Develop roadmaps and goal-tracking mechanisms to measure success and continuous improvement Required Qualifications:
6+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, audience strategy, or paid media Experience working at a media agency or within an in-house media team In-depth knowledge of cross-channel media strategy, planning, and buying functions in the U.S. Experience leading complex media initiatives for large advertisers Proven ability to build and optimize multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns Experience using industry media planning and measurement tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, Comscore, or similar platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Experience using data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement Experience working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
