Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and go‑to‑market activities for EMS software solutions
Support Sales Regional and Territory Managers with sales tools, presentations, and campaign materials
Help develop and maintain product guides, talking points, and digital content for the EMS software portfolio
Provide day‑to‑day support to field teams and customers, ensuring high satisfaction
Support training initiatives and assist with planning and execution of trade shows and industry events
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical software marketing or B2B marketing
Experience in EMS, hospital resuscitation, or cardiology
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or marketing automation tools is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in EMS or medical device marketing
Familiarity with competitive intelligence and customer insights collection
Ability to travel up to 20%
