What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead the execution of customer engagement strategies with Operators and Trade Partner customers to achieve business growth targets

Coach and develop a Customer Development team to ensure delivery of business targets for the assigned region

Manage relationships with key distributors and develop sales opportunities within the region

Implement and execute Customer Business Plans with selected key Chain customers

Drive digital engagement and utilize data‑driven insights to enhance customer relationships and business performance

What is Required (Qualifications)

6+ years of experience in the foodservice industry with a proven track record in sales

Strong understanding and experience with digital and social media in selling

Passion for food and the out-of-home (OOH) industry

Proven ability to engage customers effectively and drive business growth

Familiarity with customer business planning and negotiation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Salesforce and Marketo

Strong strategic selling and impactful virtual customer engagement skills

Knowledge of UFS product solutions and commercial skills

Data and analytical skills for utilizing insights in execution

Familiarity with the UFS customer development cycle
