What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the execution of the customer engagement strategy with Operators and Trade Partner customers
Coach and develop a Customer Development team to achieve business growth targets
Manage Small Regional Chain accounts and cultivate relationships with key distributors
Implement Joint Business Planning (JBPs) with trade partners for effective customer management
Drive digital engagement through various UFS digital tools and platforms
What is Required (Qualifications)
6+ years of working experience in the foodservice industry with a proven sales track record
Strong understanding of digital and social media usage in selling
Familiarity with UFS products and customer business planning
Excellent negotiation and strategic selling skills
Ability to utilize data-driven insights for execution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Passion for food and the out-of-home (OOH) industry
Experience engaging with trade customers in a sales capacity
Knowledge of culinary practices and chef skills
