What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead and develop a Customer Development team to achieve business growth targets
Execute the Annual Operating Plan and quarterly initiatives for the assigned region
Cultivate relationships with key distributors and restaurant executives to promote products
Implement Joint Business Planning with trade partners to enhance sales performance
Drive digital engagement and customer relationship management strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
6+ years of experience in the foodservice industry with a proven sales track record
Strong understanding of digital and social media in sales
Passion for food and knowledge of the out-of-home (OOH) industry
Experience in customer business planning and account management
Ability to utilize data-driven insights for effective execution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with eCommerce platforms and digital marketing tools
Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo
Strong negotiation and strategic selling skills
Knowledge of UFS product solutions and customer development cycles
Culinary knowledge to enhance customer engagement
