
Distribution Sales Manager (English & Dutch speaking)
IMI Industrial Automation, Sauk Trail Beach, Wisconsin, United States
We are seeking a highly driven Distribution Sales Manager to implement our EMEA distribution strategy and deliver above‑market growth. This role is central to expanding IMI’s footprint by developing existing partners, onboarding new distributors, and ensuring full market coverage across the region.
This role is based in Belgium in remote.
€95K gross annual salary + bonus
Responsibilities
Define and execute strategies to achieve sales and margin targets Grow revenue across assigned prospects and existing accounts Build strong relationships with distributors and key partners Develop a robust distribution network across EMEA Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial agreements Maximize digital capabilities to support growth Collaborate with Growth Hub teams to drive new product adoption Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and reporting Travel nationally and internationally as required Qualifications
Strong experience managing and growing distribution channels in complex organizations Technical sales background in instrumentation or similar markets Excellent relationship‑building and influencing skills Commercial mindset with a drive for results and new business development Creative, resilient, and solution‑oriented approach Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment High proficiency in Microsoft Office Fluent English and Dutch (additional European languages are a plus) At
