What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Author and maintain concise value messaging, objection handling, and competitive battle cards by segment/persona

Lead sales enablement programs to enhance Account Management & Business Development proficiency

Package new solutions into actionable sales playbooks and certify field teams for readiness

Manage the enablement library content, ensuring version control and accessibility

Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to localize messaging by segment/region

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of a degree or equivalent, typically requiring 4+ years of relevant experience

4+ years in Sales/Revenue/Field Enablement or Sales Strategy with a proven impact on ramp and win rates

Experience in building employee onboarding and curricula for Account Management/Business Development

Strong writing skills for GTM content (plays, talk tracks, battle cards) and familiarity with content stewardship

Proficiency in Salesforce and Outreach.io

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Proven ability to collaborate across departments to drive unified sales initiatives

Familiarity with marketing concepts and customer messaging

Background in designing sales processes, training programs, or onboarding frameworks
