What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Author and maintain value messaging, talk tracks, and competitive battle cards by segment/persona

Lead sales enablement programs to enhance account management and business development proficiency

Package new/updated solutions into actionable sales playbooks and certify field teams

Maintain the enablement library content and ensure version control and findability

Track adoption and impact of enablement programs and adjust strategies accordingly

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Sales/Revenue/Field Enablement or Sales Strategy

Proven track record of improving ramp and win rates in a sales environment

Experience in developing onboarding curricula and facilitating training for account management/business development

Strong writing skills for go-to-market materials and content stewardship

Proficiency in Outreach.io and Salesforce

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience collaborating across departments to drive unified sales initiatives

Familiarity with marketing concepts and customer messaging strategies

Background in designing sales processes, training programs, or onboarding frameworks
