What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Author and maintain concise value messaging, talk tracks, objection handling, and competitive battle cards

Lead sales enablement programs to enhance proficiency in account management and business development

Package new solutions into actionable sales playbooks and certify field teams for readiness

Manage the enablement library content, ensuring version control and accessibility

Track program adoption and impact, adjusting initiatives based on performance metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of a degree or equivalent experience, typically requiring 4+ years in relevant roles

Proven experience in Sales/Revenue/Field Enablement or Sales Strategy with measurable impact on ramp and win rates

Strong writing skills for go-to-market materials and content stewardship

Proficiency in Outreach.io and Salesforce

Experience in building employee onboarding and training programs for account management and business development

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Background in designing sales processes, training programs, or onboarding frameworks

Familiarity with marketing concepts and customer messaging

Proven ability to collaborate across departments to drive unified sales initiatives

Experience developing go-to-market plans and sales plays
