We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven
Fine Jewelry Sales Specialist
to join our Los Angeles showroom.
This is a
full-time position
in a luxury, appointment-based environment that is unapologetically performance-driven. We are looking for someone who loves closing, thrives on targets, and is energized by revenue growth.
You are:
Deeply motivated by hitting and exceeding sales goals
Confident closing high-value fine jewelry transactions
Energized by follow-up and proactive outreach
Obsessed with delivering exceptional, personal client service
Extremely organized and process-driven
Tech fluency is essential. You must be confident with:
Creating, managing and owning deal pipelines and sales stages
Email sequences and automated follow-ups
Sales dashboards and reporting
Digital communication and remote selling
You understand that consistent follow-up, clean data, and disciplined pipeline management drive results.
Luxury or fine jewelry experience is preferred.
This position is
based in person at our West Hollywood showroom and office . The role is well compensated plus benefits, with commission potential tied directly to performance.
