Position Summary We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, driven Field Sales Representative who’s ready to make an impact. If you thrive on building relationships, chasing new opportunities, and crushing sales goals, this role is for you. You’ll own your own territory, hit the road, connect with customers and turn possibilities into revenue. Strong communication, sharp negotiation instincts, and a passion for winning will set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities

Take charge of your territory with a powerful sales plan designed to exceed targets.

Hunt down new business through bold prospecting, networking and creative outreach.

Strengthen and grow client relationships to fuel satisfaction, loyalty and repeat wins.

Navigate every level of the customer supply chain – from Purchasing to Engineering to Management with confidence and clarity.

Stay ahead of the game by tracking market shifts and competitors move to uncover fresh opportunities

Deliver accurate, timely sales reports and forecasts that keep the team aligned and informed.

Qualifications

Proven track record of success in field sales or a similar B2B/B2C role.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills that make an impact.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to own your schedule with confidence and efficiency.

Comfortable using CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite to stay sharp and productive.

Valid driver’s license and the enthusiasm to hit the road and dominate your territory.
