Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Sales Representative located in Savannah, GA. Key responsibilities include identifying and developing client relationships, presenting customized maintenance solutions, creating proposals, and managing service agreements. The role involves collaborating with the internal team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. Market research and the ability to identify customer needs will also play a critical role in success. Qualifications
Sales and business development skills, including client management, building relationships, and meeting sales targets. Familiarity with HVAC systems, parts, and equipment, and ability to explain technical information effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting solutions and preparing proposals. Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize work effectively. Proficiency in using CRM tools and business software to track sales activities and generate reports. A background or experience in the HVAC or mechanical service industry is highly advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as required.
