What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs
Manage territory activities including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales or customer service
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in educational services or sales within the education sector
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM software
Outstanding interpersonal skills with cross‑functional teams and customers
Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth
Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
