Develop and manage profitable new business account relationships while enhancing profitability from existing accounts
Identify business opportunities through knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services

Implement and maintain an effective referral network and call program to drive sales growth
Establish and maintain strong internal and public relationships to enhance the organization\u2019s image and foster new business
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Typically seven to nine years of relevant experience
Strong marketing and business development/sales skills
Exceptional organizational and communication skills for managing a large customer base
Ability to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Elan or agent banking
Advanced knowledge of product marketing and client service issues
Well-developed negotiation and decision-making skills
Ability to creatively resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
