What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Identify and capitalize on revenue expansion opportunities within high-potential enterprise accounts
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, product, and marketing teams to understand customer needs
Conduct discovery sessions with existing customers to uncover additional use cases for cross-sell and up-sell
Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
Develop and implement strategic account plans focused on customer satisfaction and growth
What is Required (Qualifications)
Enterprise software sales experience with a strong track record in customer expansion and account management
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage multiple stakeholders
Extensive knowledge of the data technology landscape and solution-based selling
Proven ability to drive revenue growth within existing accounts
Strong organizational skills focused on executing long-term strategic account plans

Experience with data integration, databases, ETL, or business intelligence technologies
High energy and enthusiasm with a customer-first mentality
Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
