Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Person role located in Chesterfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering excellent client support. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, conducting site surveys when required, promoting the company’s products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Person will collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions to clients and achieve sales targets while representing FA-ST Ltd professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

Proven sales and relationship management skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to foster long-term business relationships.

Technical knowledge or experience in industries such as transport, power generation, construction, or machinery hydraulics.

Ability to conduct site surveys, provide detailed reports, and recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs.

Proficiency in using technology and maintaining accurate records and reports to track sales and communications.

Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Experience in B2B sales or industrial solutions is a plus.

A valid driver’s license and the flexibility to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.

High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred.
