Overview
Join Ecolab’s team as a Territory Sales and Service Representative in the Nashville, Tennessee market. You will manage your territory, service laundry and dish machines, dispense equipment and systems, and sell new solutions to help achieve a cleaner, safer, healthier environment for all. Responsibilities
Leverage tools and technology (including tablet and mobile apps) to conduct customer visits and recommend programs and solutions Communicate total value to customers to meet needs and grow sales within existing accounts Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems Provide emergency service to existing customers by phone or in person as needed Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions Demonstrate safe equipment use and ensure customer operations are fully functional Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs Position Details
This is a field-based position with travel to Nashville, TN and surrounding areas During training, travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota for 2 of the 12 weeks; remaining weeks are in-field training Ecolab will arrange and pay for travel and certain travel-related expenses; you are responsible for having proper documentation to fly (e.g., Real ID) After training, you will service and sell to established customers within an assigned territory; some roles may be assigned as a supporting role until a territory becomes available Weekend Rotation
Generally, 1 in 8 weekends are required (based on business demand). What’s Unique About This Role

High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service, or hospitality experience Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance on nights, weekends, or holidays Current and valid driver's license with no restrictions No immigration sponsorship available for this position Physical Requirements
Lifting up to 50 lbs Pushing/pulling Standing, bending, and stooping Working in confined spaces Color distinction (tools may be accommodated) Availability to work overtime Driving a company vehicle as required; pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed Ecolab is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals with a disability.
