Role Overview Join Ecolab’s Institutional team as a Territory Sales and Service Representative. You will serve as the face of Ecolab, managing your territory, servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems, and selling new solutions to help customers achieve a cleaner, safer, and healthier environment.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Leverage tools and technology (including tablet and mobile phone apps) to conduct customer visits and recommend unique programs and solutions.
Communicate our total value to the customer to meet their needs and grow sales within existing customer accounts.
Use your problem‑solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems.
Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person, as needed.
Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions.
Demonstrate safe equipment use, ensuring customers’ operations are fully functional.
Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs.
Position Details This field‑based role may require travel within the Winter Garden, FL and Clermont, FL areas. During training you will travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, MN for 2 of the 12 weeks. Ecolab will cover travel and certain related expenses. You are responsible for obtaining valid travel documentation.
Weekend Rotation Generally, 1 in 5 weekends are required (based on business demand).

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service, or hospitality industry‑related experience.
Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance at night, on weekends, and over holidays.
Current, valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
No immigration sponsorship available.
Physical Requirements Of Position
Lifting 50 lbs.
Pushing/pulling.
Standing, bending, stooping.
Working in confined spaces.
Distinguishing color (tools may be accommodated).
Availability to work overtime.
Driving a company vehicle as required; pre‑employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree or other advanced training or certifications.
Previous mechanical problem‑solving experience (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical experience) in industries related to food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, and/or pool and spa.
