Territory Sales and Service Representative – Key West, Florida market. You will serve as the face of Ecolab, managing your territory, servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems, and selling new solutions to achieve a cleaner, safer and healthier environment for all. How You;ll Make an Impact
Leverage tools and technology (tablet and mobile apps) to conduct customer visits and recommend programs and solutions Communicate total value to meet customer needs and grow sales within existing accounts Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person as needed Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions Demonstrate safe equipment use to ensure operations are fully functional Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs Position Details
Field-based role with travel to Key West, FL and surrounding areas During training: travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota for 2 of the 12 weeks; remaining weeks are in-field training Ecolab will arrange and pay for travel and certain travel-related expenses; you are responsible for necessary documentation (e.g., Real ID) to fly After training, you will manage, service, and sell to established customers including restaurants, hotels, schools, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory. In some cases, you may be assigned a supporting role until a territory becomes available. Weekend Rotation
Generally, 1 in 2 weekends are required (based on business demand). What’s Unique About This Role

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range: $58,700-$88,100 total compensation (base pay + target incentives). Compensation factors include experience, education, training, geography, and more.
