Responsible for communicating and coordinating state code compliance, including sales through billing.
Generates proposals for code compliance and state work.
Coordinates work with branch service superintendent, repair manager, and service technician.
Communicates with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth project management.
Processes all preliminary orders and records progress of work.
Sends letters of compliance upon completion and files accordingly.
Researches and responds to all inquiries regarding permits, preliminary orders and testing.
Pulls permits and schedules vendors.
Follows up with customer prior to billing.
Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
System Database knowledge preferred.
