What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit to fit their individual needs
Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound sales calls
Collaborate with passionate leaders to maximize monthly commission
Maintain a positive and engaging work atmosphere
Work some weekends as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience in sales or customer service
Ability to connect effectively over the phone
Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED
Must pass background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
