Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone
Work collaboratively with a team to maximize monthly commissions
Provide support during the sales process without cold calling
Maintain knowledge of available storage options and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience in Sales or Customer Service
Ability to connect effectively with customers over the phone
Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a call center environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
Availability to work some weekends
