PROMOVE, Atlanta's largest Apartment Locating service, is looking for hardworking, talented, and motivated real estate sales professionals to join our commission-based Apartment Locators team. Build a pipeline of future home buyers while earning commission income now in a tech-enabled business that thrives in a challenging housing market. As an Online Apartment Locator, you will receive inbound inquiries from new customers looking for apartments in the Atlanta metro area. PROMOVE's technology enables an in-depth needs analysis and the creation of customized online Apartment Portfolios to help customers efficiently select their perfect apartment. You will position yourself as the resource for all rental needs, providing expert counsel on the Metro Atlanta apartment market, neighborhood nuances, and specific apartment details. You’ll guide customers through the hunting process from research to leasing and move-in, building referrals and repeat business to grow long-term sales volume. What’s in it For You?

There is no cap on income; higher sales results mean higher pay in a results-oriented, career-focused environment. We recognize outstanding customer and partner experience, corporate citizenship, and leadership by example. First-year agents can earn an uncapped commission-based income of $40,000 to $80,000+. Quarterly sales bonuses and repeat renter customers can boost earnings to $100,000+ in year 2 for rentals, plus any commissions earned on purchase and sale transactions. Requirements

Required Skills

Utilize consultative selling techniques and customer service to present key selling points, features and benefits, remaining focused on the customers' needs and expectations Aggressive commitment to customer follow-up with confidence to make recommendations, not just take orders Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to the role through superb attendance, punctuality, and strong adherence to our code of conduct Demonstrate persistence, overcome objections, and strive to improve your skills and sales/customer experience performance Effectively communicate clearly and efficiently to build relationships with customers via multiple modes of communication (email, text, voice, updates to Apartment portfolios), providing a world-class customer experience Commitment to consistently reach monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Effectively execute our call scripting and sales process from opening to close Computer skills that include effective keyboarding and general comfort with commonly used software programs and the ability to navigate and learn to use proprietary programs Required Experience

Active or ability to activate a Georgia real estate license (salesperson) 1-2 years’ experience in retail, outside sales, or call center sales with direct customer interaction where building strong personal relationships was central to success Minimum of 3 years work experience Ability to multi-task: handling inbound calls while entering customer data Management of customer or product detail, which required reference to those data points often and on the fly Experience following up with customers via various communication channels (voice, email, sms/text) during the sales cycle, and using consultative selling techniques to encourage the close Experience working with a CRM system, Microsoft Outlook and Excel Required Attributes

Ability and willingness to work a fixed schedule including weekdays and some Saturdays Ability and desire to work 40+ hours per week Highly self-motivated, energetic and results oriented Ability to work effectively as a part of a team and communicate well with peers and company support personnel Apartment industry and/or Atlanta area knowledge is a huge plus but not required Education

Some post-secondary education preferred unless work experience is very similar to this role Position Details
