What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Support the Field Sales Organization in driving annual recurring revenue (ARR) retention through operational dashboards

Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Sales Analytics to manage renewals data

Document data definitions for key terms related to renewals

Educate business users on renewals data nuances and risk mitigation strategies

Provide business insights to sales leadership on renewals performance against key metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):

6+ years of experience in enterprise sales and operations, revenue, or FP&A business analyst roles

Experience with the Annual Recurring Revenue business model and reporting ARR metrics

Strong business insight with the ability to analyze and track recurring revenue data

Proficiency in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and reporting tools such as Tableau and SQL

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience supporting renewals sales and customer retention

Background with Clari and knowledge of sales processes and forecasting methodologies

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM/CPQ and understanding complex systems

Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel

Experience working across organizations, particularly in Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations
