
Commercial Real Estate Leasing Associate

The Leasing Associate provides support services related to leasing and marketing STG’s portfolio of assets. Responsibilities include assisting with lease documentation, marketing efforts, client communications, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth leasing operations. This role is 100% in-person. Periodic travel to our properties outside of Sonoma County is required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Lease Administration
Create, write, and process lease documents and amendments.
Build abstracts for new leases within Property Management Platform (Yardi).
Update Rent Roll weekly and verify listing agreements are valid and active.
Return fully executed lease copies to tenants and brokers.
Develop and execute Business Plans for each asset
Create advertisements, brochures, flyers, and property photos/videos.
Update company website, LoopNet, and social media with accurate property information.
Collect marketing/comparative reports from brokers.
Assist with occupancy and vacancy levels through marketing initiatives.
Client Interaction
Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective tenants.
Respond to inquiries from clients, agents, and brokers with professionalism and energy.
Direct tenant complaints to the Property Manager.
Administrative Support
Provide clerical support during lease negotiations.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Participate in weekly Leasing Department meetings.
Maintain oversight for brokerage commissions related to managed properties.

QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, and graphic design software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and organizational ability.
Effective interpersonal skills for working with tenants, brokers, and staff.
EDUCATION
Associate’s Degree in a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in business communication or leasing.(Or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.)
