We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented
Investor Relations & Public Relations Coordinator
to support both strategic and day‑to‑day operations across the Investor Relations (IR) and Public Relations (PR) functions. This role also provides high‑level administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Investor & Public Relations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment, demonstrates exceptional judgment and professionalism, and excels at balancing executive support with project coordination. This position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in investor engagement, communications, event support, and operational execution. Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations & Public Relations Support
Serve as the first point of contact for inbound investor and analyst inquiries, delivering professional and informed communication. Coordinate investor events, leadership presentations, conferences, and non‑deal roadshows, including planning, vendor management, logistics, and onsite support. Support quarterly earnings activities, collaborating with internal teams and third‑party vendors to prepare materials, manage logistics, and assist with investor communications. Maintain timely and accurate records of investor meetings, follow‑ups, and engagements within CRM and document management systems. Assist in creating, editing, and formatting PowerPoint presentations for internal and external communications. Provide administrative support for board materials and executive leadership communications. Executive & Administrative Support
Manage complex calendars across time zones, balancing shifting priorities among internal and external stakeholders. Arrange domestic and international travel with a focus on cost efficiency and executive readiness. Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and in accordance with policy requirements. Monitor and prioritize the executive’s inbox, drafting responses and ensuring timely follow-up. Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion. Coordinate and track action items resulting from meetings and strategic conversations. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Support day-to-day office operations, guest reception, and document flow management. Operational Excellence
Enhance departmental efficiency through process improvements, proactive problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. Respond to requests for information, policies, procedures, and executive actions with accuracy and professionalism. Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and take initiative to support strategic and operational priorities. Required Qualifications
2–4 years of experience
supporting senior leadership in investor relations, corporate communications, finance, or executive operations. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). Demonstrated experience working in fast‑paced, high-stakes environments. Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal presence. Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail. Advanced organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word). Experience with CRM systems and investor relations tools is preferred. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines. Resourceful problem-solver with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
