Our client is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive and Personal Assistant to offer dedicated support to two senior leaders within the private equity team in Austin, Texas. This permanent position requires outstanding professionalism, sound judgment, and the capability to handle intricate schedules, travel arrangements, and daily operational requirements with discretion.

Executive and Personal Assistant Role

Perfect for a proactive, polished, and resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic setting

Manage intricate and frequently changing calendars for two senior leaders, scheduling both internal and external meetings across different time zones

Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries

Responsible for booking and handling expense reports

Offer daily executive support, ensuring prompt follow-up and precision on commitments

Serve as a communication liaison, drafting, reviewing, and managing correspondence on behalf of the executives

Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and guarantee completion of follow-up actions

Provide occasional personal support such as errands, reservations, and ad hoc tasks to enable executives to concentrate on core priorities

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to guarantee seamless office operations

Support special projects through light research, data organization, and other assigned duties

Executive and Personal Assistant Background Profile

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives, preferably

Background in financial services, private equity, or professional services is preferred; however, candidates from other high-demand industries will be considered

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle shifting priorities and deadlines

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through

Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and a polished, approachable presence

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and modern collaboration tools
