Summary:
We are looking for a high-performing Field Marketing professional to join our team, aligned to the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) sales organization. This is an exciting opportunity to support a fast-paced, high-growth business through data-driven marketing programs that drive pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of integrated field marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, sponsorships, and account-based marketing programs
Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, and cross-functional Marketing teams to plan and execute initiatives aligned to business priorities
Analyze campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI; deliver actionable recaps, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
Optimize programs based on performance data, feedback, and marketing best practices
Create ready-ready presentations and communications to promote programs and communications and communications and communications and communications and communicate results
Requirements
A highly organized, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-moving environment
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate metrics into clear, compelling business insights
Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
5+ years of high-performance experience in Marketing, Sales, or a related role
Experience supporting enterprise sales or go-to-market (GTM) teams
Strong communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with and Slack is a plus
Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$45.00 - $50.00/hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, denmatch, lifeion benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
