As a Field Marketing Manager for North America, create the field strategy across your region, events, executive engagement, and account-based marketing (ABM). You’ll sit at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, building programs that accelerate deals, expand key accounts, and create meaningful experiential activities that move the pipeline forward.
In this role, you will:
Help define and lead field marketing strategy across North America
Build region-specific plans aligned to GTM priorities, territory strategy, and pipeline goals
Translate company objectives into field programs that directly impact revenue
Partner with Sales and RevOps on target account selection and segmentation
Design personalized campaigns that drive enterprise pipeline, deal velocity, and expansion
Lead strategy and execution for field events, executive programs, customer marketing activations, and flagship moments in your territory
Create experiences that generate new pipeline, accelerate active deals, and strengthen long-term customer relationships
Align programs with Product Marketing messaging and launch cycles
Own performance measurement, attribution, and ROI across all field programs in your region
Partner with RevOps to improve reporting and pipeline visibility
Use data to optimize program mix continuously
Experience
2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing Proven success in strategically executing field programs tied directly to pipeline and revenue Hands-on experience supporting ABM programs Experience partnering with Sales Experience managing a high volume of in-person field events Skills & Mindset
Strong commercial and GTM orientation, you think in pipeline, not just campaigns Highly data-driven with experience owning ROI measurement and attribution models Exceptional organizational and execution skills Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence Clear, confident communicator who can align teams around shared goals This is a long-term contract role (6-12 months+, possible Contract-Hire) Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (on-site 3 days per week) $ 50-65 hourly, depending on experience Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) benefits available
