
TOLA Regional Sales Manager
US-TX-Remote
Overview This position is responsible for managing the development and implementation of our growth strategy for Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas.
Responsibilities
Builds and maintains influential relationships with senior-level decision makers at customers and distributors in assigned territory.
Responsible for the overall performance of assigned manufacturer's representatives. Provides direction and management oversight to the manufacturer's representative sales team on territory plan, account strategies, programs and required actions.
Conducts regular reviews and strategy meetings with the assigned manufacturer representatives and customers to identify technical needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.
Responsible for achieving assigned budget and growth targets for customers located within a defined geographic territory.
Prospects and develops new business, responds to proposal requests from customers and develops proposals for presentation to customer.
Coordinates cross functional support required from Product Management, Engineering, Customer Service and Operations to support customers.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Technical degree preferred
Strong interconnect technical acumen
Electronic components manufacturer or distribution experience
Previous supervisory or management experience required
Ability to lead and problem solve in unstructured environments
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead programs or projects
Ability to travel as required, 50% estimated
Location:
Preferred location is within the TOLA states.
