Build and maintain influential relationships with senior-level decision makers at customers and distributors within the assigned territory
Oversee the performance of assigned manufacturer’s representatives and provide management direction
Conduct regular reviews and strategy meetings with representatives and customers to align technical needs with product/service strategies
Achieve assigned budget and growth targets for customers within the defined geographic territory
Develop new business opportunities and respond to proposal requests from customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
Technical degree preferred
Strong interconnect technical acumen
Experience in electronic components manufacturing or distribution
Previous supervisory or management experience required
Strong oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Demonstrated ability to lead programs or projects
Ability to travel as required, approximately 50%
Experience leading and problem-solving in unstructured environments
