We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This role is at the center of our sales, client service, finance, and product teams and they will report to our VP of Revenue Operations.
Responsibilities
Build and refine reports and dashboards to measure KPIs, pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
Support the management and implementation of core sales operations tools to maximize the sales team’s efficiency, including the CRM (Salesforce) and various sales enablement platforms
Assist with the commissions process for the sales team
Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track the sales funnel and operational metrics to deliver regular insights to business leaders
Review client contracts and IOs for accuracy ensuring contract totals and line items are properly entered into the CRM
Assist with contact list segmentation, cleaning, and uploads for email campaigns while maintaining strong data quality and accuracy
Provide support as needed for the month-end close process, including SQL queries for campaign costs, gathering platform fees, and formatting data for clear categorization in the CRM

You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop new strategies
You have research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and trends to create forecasts
You're comfortable with adapting and adjusting to shifting priorities; able to coordinate multiple projects and maintain realistic timelines
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in operations, strategy, sales enablement, or similar role supporting sales, marketing and/or customer success teams
Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability
Technology skills to utilize CRM and database software tools in daily tasks; Salesforce Admin certification and advanced Microsoft Excel experience preferred
