Overview Join a rapidly scaling hospitality SaaS company as a Mid-Market Account Executive focused on established restaurant and hotel groups. This role centers on strategic, account-based selling to sophisticated operators and CFOs, offering the opportunity to manage complex sales cycles while driving meaningful revenue impact in a high-growth environment.

Benefits & Compensation

Base salary of $125,000–$150,000 plus uncapped commission

Strong earning potential based on performance

Remote role with preference for Dallas-based candidates

Qualifications

5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota

Experience selling into mid-market or multi-unit operators

Ability to manage longer, executive-level sales cycles

Strong discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing skills

Experience maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting within CRM

Willingness to travel approximately 20 percent

Preferred Background & Skills

Experience engaging CFOs, operators, and senior hospitality leadership

Background in account-based sales environments

Strong executive presence and product fluency

Self-motivated, growth-oriented professional aligned with a culture of hospitality
