Account Manager
to support and expand key manufacturing accounts across the Upper Midwest.
This role is ideal for someone currently selling automation equipment, motion systems, material handling solutions, or other engineered industrial products who is looking for a stronger territory, long-term growth, and the ability to work with major food production customers.
Location: Remote within territory | Regional Travel
95K Base - Total 140K - 160K
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow relationships with manufacturing plants, engineering teams, and operations leaders
Identify opportunities to improve customer production efficiency through conveyor and automation solutions
Develop new business and expand existing accounts within a defined regional territory
Conduct on-site customer visits to evaluate equipment, processes, and future needs
Partner with engineering and technical teams to deliver customized, value-driven solutions
Drive territory growth through consultative, solution-based selling
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience selling material handling equipment, automation systems, or industrial components
Proven success managing industrial or manufacturing accounts
Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with plant managers and engineers
Experience in food processing, packaging, or manufacturing environments is highly preferred
Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
