You won’t just be a cog in a machine; you will be the face of Faundit in our most exciting region. What you'll be doing

As our Sales Manager for Germany, you are a hunter with a heart and a networker by nature. Your goal is to expand our footprint across hotels and hospitality venues in Germany, also covering Austria and Switzerland when possible. Own the Pipeline:

You will manage the full sales cycle - prospecting and cold outreach to demoing and closing. We are growing fast, and you’ll be the engine ensuring Germany stays our #1 growth market. Market Strategy:

You’ll speak to Managers on individual- or group level and understand their pain points. You’ll work closely with our HQ team to tailor our approach to the German market - you tell us what works best and we adjust. Nurture the Ecosystem:

Growth isn't just about cold calls; it's about community. Nurture "Faundit Ambassadors" - key users and industry leaders who love our product - and stay connected with them, ensuring they remain our biggest advocates, gather feedback, and generate referrals from satisfied customers. Represent Faundit:

Be our boots on the ground at industry events, fairs, and conferences in the region, together with your colleagues. Tech-Savvy Closing:

Use our CRM (Monday) to keep your workflow clean and your forecasting accurate. What we'd love to see from you

You are high-energy, organized, and you understand that the best sales come from genuine relationships. Language:

You are native in German and fully fluent in English (our company language). Experience:

You have experience in B2B Sales, preferably in SaaS or Hospitality Tech. You know how to close, but you also know how to care. The Mindset:
