
We’re seeking a motivated Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail customers and drive year-over-year growth. This role manages daily account operations, supports promotional execution, analyzes performance, and partners cross-functionally to deliver strong results. Candidates must be fluent in retail terminology and operations, including promotions, sell-in/sell-through, POS systems, and merchandising.
What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day activities for assigned retail accounts
Serve as the primary contact for retail partners, ensuring timely and accurate communication
Track KPIs, sales performance, and promotional activity; share insights with leadership
Analyze sales trends and assortment performance to support recommendations
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Design, Quality, Customer Service, and overseas teams
Communicate customer requirements clearly across U.S. and Asia-based teams
Prepare presentations for business reviews and line reviews
Participate in customer meetings and internal planning calls
Support promotional programs and packaging updates
Monitor quality metrics and RTV performance
Assist with corporate initiatives and special projects
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years in account management, sales support, merchandising, or similar roles
Experience with Big Box, Mass, Cooperative, or Specialty retail accounts
Familiarity with corporate retail contacts (Merchants, Product Development, Inventory/Planning)
E-commerce or omnichannel experience preferred
Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong presentation skills
Some travel (2-3 times a year) across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
No supervisory responsibilities
Strong written and verbal communication required
