Role Description This is a contract remote role for an Account Executive with J. Haynes Agency, LLC. DBA 1Stopinsure. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources to meet the assigned quotas for their role. This position is contingent on proper insurance licensing. The Account Executive will work closely with clients to develop and maintain strong business relationships, generate new leads, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service. They will also identify opportunities for growth, meet sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires proactive engagement, solution-selling techniques, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners over various channels.

Qualifications
Sales & negotiation skills, with the ability to meet & exceed targets
Strong communication & interpersonal skills, including active listening
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools & data analytics
Time management & organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Understanding of the insurance industry & its practices is a plus
Licensed Insurance Agent Producer: Property & Casualty and Life, Health, & Accident License
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
